Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
Financial Operations Coordinator Job Summary:
This is a varied role that encompasses all facets of financial management, including accounts payable, credit control, debtor management, month-end account preparation, profit and loss reporting, VAT and other taxes.
The successful candidate will work alongside a team but be the main point of contact for this entity, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). They will be responsible for managing accounts for this entity, preparing financial reports, and performing general bookkeeping and financial administration as required.
* Preparation of accounts payable and creditors ledgers
* Control of debtor ledger, ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times
* Month-end accounts closing process, ensuring timely completion of reconciliations and review of balance sheet accounts
* Profit and loss statement preparation, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Part qualified ACCA or similar OR fully qualified Account Technician Institute (ATI) qualification
* Experience working within Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) or medium-sized Irish companies previously
* Good understanding of the market and day-to-day running of the financial operations team
