Netwatch Ireland are currently recruiting for an experienced Billing specialist (4 or 5-days per week) You will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining financial records. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and to work well under pressure. This role supports the finance organisation to ensure the smooth flow of financial operations. The position is in Carlow at our Ireland Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Validate new contracts, renewals and add on orders to ensure all contracts are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Process regular billing cycles and issue invoices to customers.
* Reconcile billing cycles to contract database.
* Responding to billing questions both internally and externally.
* Credit note management in line with company policy.
* Collaboration with services and sales departments to obtain and validate information.
* Manage and follow up on all processing issues.
* Support Financial Accountant with Revenue recognition process.
* Lead process improvements in the billing team.
* Support audit requirements as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
* 3+ years relevant Customer Billing experience.
* Experience of Sage Intacct preferrable but not essential.
* Experience of Salesforce preferrable but not essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of basic accounting principles, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
* Analytical and detail oriented.
* Highly self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to interact with employees and Customers in a professional manner.
* Ability to work independently and with the team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
* Excellent organisational and administration skills.
