Minimum qualifications: 10 years of people management experience.
3 years of experience in an analytical environment, working with business intelligence, data, or strategy.
Experience in managing executive client relationships, partnerships and stakeholder management.
Experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition organization for multi-region businesses.
Preferred qualifications: Experience of working with Cloud/Enterprise organizations, influencing C-Suite, and developing strategies for Cloud growth.
A proven track record of delivering results and influencing executive leaders within multi-stakeholder environments across strategy and execution.
A proven track record of setting clear goal and executing a comprehensive EMEA Cloud Recruiting strategy, transforming goals into tangible business impact within dynamic, high-growth environments (managing teams of 50+).
Ability to leverage data, AI, and market insights to influence and guide both your team and stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
Ability to be a dynamic people-leader experienced in nurturing team growth and providing operational support.
