In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights, develop BI solutions, and support decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technical partners to deliver reporting, dashboards, and actionable analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker .Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.Develop and maintain data models, datasets, and ETL processes.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI platforms.Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.Present insights in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipelines and data warehouse improvements.Document BI processes, reports, and technical specifications.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Good communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly.Familiarity with data modelling, ETL concepts, and reporting best practices.Preferred SkillsExperience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Knowledge of DAX, Python, R, or other analytics languages.Understanding of data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).Experience with Agile methodologies.Knowledge of GDPR and data governance practices in Ireland/EU.What We OfferCompetitive salary aligned with the Irish BI and analytics market.Hybrid or flexible working arrangements.Opportunities for professional development and certification support.Exposure to modern analytics technologies and innovative projects.A collaborative, supportive, and diverse work environment.Benefits package (health insurance, pension plan, etc., if applicable).
