Deliver high-quality care and support to our clients as a Care Supervisor. This vital role bridges the gap between our office team, healthcare assistants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide field supervision and support to healthcare assistants ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to provide excellent care.
* Conduct thorough client reviews and assessments to guarantee care plans are accurate and effective.
* Oversee scheduling and coordination of healthcare assistant hours ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
* Develop and deliver company inductions and ongoing training sessions for new and existing staff.
* Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) supplies and enforce health and safety protocols among staff members.
About You:
* Possess a QQI Level 6 qualification in Healthcare or equivalent.
* Experience working with older adults is preferred but not essential.
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience is also desirable but not required.
* Excel in communication, organisation, and IT skills.
* Hold a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Demonstrate a kind, proactive, and professional approach with a genuine passion for person-centred care.
