We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Retail Manager in our Arboretum Urban Green Store in Dublin City Centre.
Key Job Responsibilities Support the Retail Manager in leading and motivating the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Assist in the day-to-day management of store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling.
Help drive sales performance across all departments through strong product knowledge and proactive customer engagement.
Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation, and store maintenance in line with the Arboretum brand.
Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues professionally and maintaining service excellence.
Support staff training, development, and onboarding to foster a positive and high-performing team environment.
Collaborate with management to implement promotions, seasonal displays, and customer experience initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Step into leadership responsibility in the absence of the Retail Manager to maintain smooth store operations.
The Ideal Candidate Has previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a retail environment.
Is passionate aboutexceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.
Has excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Leads by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach.
Has commercial awareness and an interest in retail trends, sales performance, and visual presentation.
Enthusiasm for nature and sustainability is a strong advantage.
