Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Process Improvement Manager to lead quality assurance, defect management, and process optimization across all delivery operations. This role ensures excellence from bid management through design, build, testing and solution rollout. The successful candidate will design and implement standardised processes, create swim‑lanes, maintain consistency in documentation, and champion quality in everything we do.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve Cubic’s E2E Quality Management Framework to achieve best‑in‑class quality of all deliverables, including documentation quality and traceability E2E, defect management – prevention & containment, test management, code reviews, automation opportunities, E2E lifecycle management including hand‑over processes, proactive identification of quality risks and implementation of mitigation strategies.
Define KPIs for quality and process adherence, report regularly to the Executive Leadership Team.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed quality practices and ensure compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
Implement defect management processes, including tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Strengthen test coverage and implement robust processes.
Develop and maintain quality process frameworks, including documentation standards.
Ensure quality standards across all delivery operations from bid management to solution rollout.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience implementing quality frameworks and defect management processes.
Minimum 7+ years in QA, software engineering, or process improvement roles.
Strong technical background in software engineering or quality assurance.
Leadership experience in process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
Experience with ISO standards, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Work Arrangement
New hires at Cubic³ are required to work onsite five days a week during their six‑month probation period to get to know the company, their team, and our ways of working. After probation, we offer a flexible arrangement of up to eight work‑from‑home days per month, provided it aligns with business needs and performance standards.
