Clinical Lead Nurse - Orthopaedic Ward
We are seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in our busy orthopaedic ward. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff and implementing effective care coordination strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience working on a surgical ward, preferably with orthopaedic nursing experience. A registered general nurse with 3 years post-grad acute care nursing experience is required.
