An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading, well-established main contractor.
This role is based in County Kildare, with a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and direct labour.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
Liaise with the project team, design team, and clients.
Lead site meetings and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor.
Proven track record managing commercial or residential projects from start to finish.
Excellent knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Trade background or relevant construction management qualification.
Full driving licence essential.
