Mitigate tech risks and drive innovation in risk management by assuming a pivotal role in upholding operational excellence.
The Tech Risk & Controls Lead will identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risks in line with the firm's standards.
This includes providing subject matter expertise and technical guidance to technology-aligned process owners, ensuring implemented controls are operating effectively and in compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry standards.
In this capacity, you will partner with stakeholders to report a comprehensive view of technology risk posture and its impact on the business.
* Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risks, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
* Develop robust relationships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and progress toward shared goals.
* Provide reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements to senior management, informing control effectiveness and governance work.
Proactively monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance.
