Financial Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations at our resort.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise a finance team of 5 staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Ensure accurate financial analysis, reporting, and record-keeping in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Timely completion of tasks and projects within budget.
* Effective communication with stakeholders, including management and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and commercial skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
* A degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial role.
* Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
