Chief Executive Officer

Our client is an established iGaming group operating a dual-model platform across both B2B and B2C verticals. Backed by proprietary technology, diverse content integrations, and advanced payment infrastructure, the company is entering an ambitious new growth phase. They are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation's strategic direction, oversee commercial performance, and drive expansion into new markets.

This is a pivotal executive role focused on platform scalability, commercial partnerships, and operational excellence. The CEO will report directly to the Board and will be responsible for ensuring cohesion across multiple business units while empowering brand leadership teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Location: Flexible within Europe (Malta, Cyprus, or Remote)
Travel: Regular international travel aligned with partner relations and market development


Responsibilities:

As Chief Executive Officer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

* Define and communicate the company's long-term vision, commercial objectives, and operational priorities.
* Lead business expansion across B2B and B2C channels, driving profitability and market share.
* Identify and evaluate new markets, product verticals, and strategic investment opportunities.
* Foster innovation across product, payments, and player experience to ensure the platform remains competitive and future-ready.

Commercial Partnerships & Vendor Management

* Oversee strategic relationships with key partners including game providers, payment processors, compliance vendors, and technology suppliers.
* Negotiate commercial agreements, integration roadmaps, and service-level commitments.
* Ensure smooth delivery and performance through proactive vendor management and issue resolution.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

* Ensure coordination across technology, operations, and compliance to maintain platform integrity, security, and regulatory adherence.
* Drive efficiencies in operating costs and enhance scalability across all core systems.
* Oversee fraud prevention, player protection, and responsible gaming frameworks.

B2B Growth & Commercial Development

* Lead the B2B sales and partnership pipeline, from opportunity identification through to deal closure.
* Align internal teams (product, finance, legal, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions for partners.
* Govern the onboarding process and ensure seamless transition from contract to delivery.

B2C Brand Enablement & Portfolio Performance

* Support and mentor brand managers across multiple direct-to-player operations.
* Provide strategic guidance on customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
* Monitor key performance metrics and ensure consistent brand alignment with overall group strategy.

Board, Investor & Team Leadership

* Act as the primary point of contact for the Board, shareholders, and investors.
* Report on company performance, strategic initiatives, and market developments.
* Build, develop, and retain a high-performing executive team that drives collaboration and results across departments and geographies.


Requirements:

* Proven senior leadership experience within the iGaming sector, ideally overseeing both B2B and B2C operations.
* Strong commercial track record negotiating with suppliers, partners, and operators.
* Experience scaling technology-driven gaming platforms and leading through growth phases.
* Deep understanding of P&L management, financial modelling, and KPIs relevant to iGaming.
* Familiarity with regulated, international, and emerging markets, including social casino or sweepstake models.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans for varied stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to build and inspire teams across multiple locations.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on leadership style and a strong focus on execution and results.
