The Change Governance Consultant is responsible for overseeing and managing change initiatives within our group, ensuring seamless alignment with our strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks
* Coordinate change initiatives to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
* Lead adoption of change management practices, including impact assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate governance forums and change advisory boards for transparent decision-making and effective communication.
Successful candidates will have experience in change management, governance, or risk management within financial services or regulated environments.
