What You’ll Be Doing
Leading BIM coordination and digital delivery across multiple projects
Managing and developing BIM workflows, standards, and model coordination processes
Coordinating multi-disciplinary MEP models and clash detection activities using Revit and Navisworks
Supporting implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ISO 19650 standards
Managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Procore, or Viewpoint
Supporting project teams with buildable, coordinated digital models and construction drawings
Leading BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and technical reviews with clients and design teams
Managing digital asset data and supporting COBie/O&M handover requirements
Supporting Pre-Construction and Design teams during tender and project planning stages
Driving quality assurance and consistency across all digital deliverables
Mentoring and supporting BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, prefabrication, and digital innovation
Qualifications
Minimum 5–7+ years’ experience within a BIM-focused role in the M&E or construction sector
Strong experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services
Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage
Good understanding of ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework standards
Experience managing Common Data Environments (CDEs)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead BIM coordination workshops and manage multiple project priorities
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
