Job Description
Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie sought at Nomata Food Limited trading as Buns & Dough at 257/258 Old Youghal Road, Mayfield, Cork. This is a permanent full time role. Hours of work per week: 39 hours.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredients using spices.
* Running the Kitchen to a high standard.
* Demonstrating high standard culinary skills.
* Improving the existing menus.

* Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 2
* Minimum Qualification: Level 5 (incl Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied/Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme) OR HACCP

* Competency Skills: Teamwork, Time Management
* Specialising In: tandoori chef
