The Senior Medical Editor will be responsible for QCing regulatory documents and will be dedicated to a single sponsor.
What you will be doing:QC Specialist (Copy Editor)Responsible for the overall Quality Control (QC) review of various types of regulatory documents (protocols, amendments, CSRs, pre-IND briefing books, clinical overviews, Module 2 summary documents, etc).Ensure compliance with International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), WHO style guide, and sponsor's in-house standards.Share expertise with Medical Writing colleagues and others in the Oncology SBU via targeted training and presentations to assist writers in enhancing quality.Develop the client's Oncology SBU style guide to be used alongside the WHO style guide.#LI-NR1

You are:Native-English speaker or possess mastery of English at a similar level to a native speaker.Degree in a scientific discipline is strongly preferred.Experience in Oncology is strongly preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of editorial and/or QC/QA experience.Strong skills and proficiency in document review.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Excellent presentation skills, computer skills, and the ability to relate professionally with colleagues.Advanced understanding of the conduct of clinical trials, clinical systems, procedures, and applicable regulations.What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
