Role Summary:
As a Cost Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project costs across various sectors including commercial, retail, institutional, hotel and leisure, residential, and hyperscale projects.
* Responsibilities include full scope of cost management services including pre and post contract planning, procurement, contract administration, understanding of commercial and residential new build and refurbishment, experience of various contract forms, advising clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience: Degree qualified in quantity surveying or related field with logged postgraduate experience in quantity surveying environment. Proven years of experience in a PQS or Project Management Consultancy practice in Ireland, UK or overseas.
* Strong knowledge of various sectors: Retail, Commercial, Education, Residential, keen to work as part of a team and develop career growth.
