Contract / Permanent Opportunities: 12 Months (Hybrid - 2 Days a week Onsite)
SRG is looking for an experienced
Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer (RTE)
to help build and guide high-performing Agile teams that deliver impactful digital and software solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth delivery through effective facilitation and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and support Agile teams in applying
Scrum and SAFe principles
effectively.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment between Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to enable focus and productivity.
Foster a culture of
continuous improvement
, innovation, and accountability within the team.
Coach team members on Agile best practices and support their professional growth.
Promote transparency, track delivery progress, and ensure successful sprint and release outcomes.
Encourage collaboration across cross-functional teams and support coordination across Agile Release Trains.

Proficiency with
JIRA
and other Agile tools.
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience
as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (RTE experience an advantage).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
and/or
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
certification preferred.
Background in
software delivery or development
