Job Title: Clinical Mentorship Specialist
The role involves collaborating with students and educators to ensure seamless delivery of clinical mentorship services.
* Participate in the development, coordination, and evaluation of clinical placements
* Support both student physiotherapists and practice educators to guarantee successful delivery of clinical mentorship components
* Act as a role model and mentor for healthcare professional students
* Contribute to teaching and examining the physiotherapy program
Close collaboration will occur with the School of Physiotherapy staff, clinical mentorship team, hospital physiotherapy managers, and staff at placement sites.
Duties include:
* Placement organisation and development
* Education/student support
* Facilitating shared learning experiences for students on placement
* Assisting with educator feedback and assessment of student performance
* Contributing to teaching of practice education related program modules
* Ensuring timely communication through messages or emails
