Organizational Excellence Manager needed

* Experience in multi-site operations management within services, facilities, hospitality, or related sectors is essential.

* Ability to manage budgets, labour planning, resource allocation, and meet operational KPIs.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities with flexibility to support sites as needs arise.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Oversight of day-to-day operations ensuring consistent service delivery and high standards across all locations.
2. Leading and developing site managers and teams to achieve targets and maintain a positive working culture.
3. Management of financial performance including cost control, reporting, and operational efficiency.
4. Maintenance of compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement.
