We are opening new cafe in Ringaskiddy co. cork. we are looking for well experienced chef to build the team and lead them too and create menu.
The Duties
* Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dishes
* Supervise and mentor the kitchen brigade, including a Sous Chef with experience in salad bars and hearty food
* Plan and develop menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
* Ensure kitchen compliance with food safety, hygiene, and organizational standards
* Monitor stock, control costs, and maintain efficient workflow within the kitchen
The Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
* Experience working with salad bars and hearty, substantial food options
* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative kitchen environment
* Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
* Visa and relocation can be done
