Corporate Sales Development Manager
Become a key player in driving business growth as a Corporate Sales Development Manager.
* Foster and maintain partnerships with local businesses.
* Negotiate customized agreements on a local level.
* Support with Request for Proposals (RFPs) when needed.
* Pursue and attract corporate group business from the local market.
* Collaborate with DMCs and local suppliers to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
You will work closely with our Senior Managers and Director of Sales to achieve shared objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing existing corporate accounts within the local area.
* Analyzing market trends to proactively identify new corporate account opportunities and groups.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of proactive hotel sales experience.
* Experience in the corporate sector in Dublin City Centre or similar locations.
* The ability to build rapport with clients to secure business.
* Confident communication, online and offline research skills.
* Persuasive negotiation skills and ability to convert business into revenue.
* Ability to meet targets for appointments and converted business.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
* Strong customer development and relationship management skills.
* Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
