Key Responsibilities
* Organise and manage day-to-day workflow in the workshop
* Communicate with customers regarding bookings and progress updates
* Manage and process warranty claims
* Prepare and submit monthly reports for management
* Monitor and control job times to ensure efficiency
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus every second Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm (paid at time and a half).
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Motor industry qualification an advantage
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
