Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing timely and efficient technical support by answering customer inquiries and solving problems via phone, email, or case management system.
* Escalating complex issues to internal or external support resources and subject matter experts when necessary.
* Supporting users in the use of our platform by providing necessary advice and/or training.
* Managing multiple cases daily and prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Collaborating with peers to resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role or help desk environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with ticketing platforms and SaaS applications is advantageous.
