Job Title: IT Support/Facilities Lead
We are seeking a proactive IT Support/Facilities Specialist to join our organization in Tralee. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all IT and facilities needs, ensuring seamless operations for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Issue Resolution: Respond promptly and efficiently to technical issues.
* Infrastructure Management: Manage IT infrastructure and support ticket systems.
* New Hire Onboarding: Facilitate new hire onboarding and provide comprehensive IT training.
* Facilities Coordination: Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relations.
* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and office logistics.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations.
* Documentation and Customer Service: Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* Professional Experience: 2-3 years of IT support experience.
* Facilities Background: Facilities management experience preferred.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services.
* Driver's License: Full driver's license required.
