Responsibilities :
* Assist stores in picking and packing deliveries.
* Ensure that no stock leaves the store without the proper paperwork & signatures required.
* Carry out stock taking exercises as required.
* Use a forklift when required in accordance with standard forklift operating procedures.
* Be responsible for delivery of goods to customer sites.
* Ensure signatures are received on all paperwork.
* Ensure paperwork is returned to accounts Office.
* Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Handle occasional customer queries at the collections counter.
* Have basic computer skills i.e. ability to use email and our sales and inventory system
* Will be open to variation in job role as required i.e. flexibility essential in line with needs of the company
* Must be a good team player, a good people person, have good customer service skills
Requirements :
* Full clean driving licence.
* Experience in similar role.
* Manual Handling Cert.
* Forklift licence is desired.
* A good level of physical fitness.
* Experience & Knowledge of electrical and plumbing products a distinct advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided.
