Tender and Sales Coordinator Opportunity
As a Tender and Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in identifying and monitoring business opportunities relevant to our organization via e-tender sites.
You will work closely with contracts managers and sales teams to evaluate and pursue suitable opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all tender documents.
Maintaining a comprehensive database of identified, tendered, quoted, and won/lost opportunities is also a crucial aspect of this role.
You will assist contracts managers with the preparation and submission of tenders and framework submissions, as well as support sales teams in compiling sales proposals and documentation.
This includes ensuring that all necessary information and documentation are gathered from internal stakeholders and submitted on time.
Additionally, you will track and report on tender outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
