Job Title: Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the completion of a Pharma project in the North East region. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills, be able to manage and coordinate engineers, design teams, and resolve technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all engineering aspects of a construction project
* Ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Manage and coordinate other engineers, design teams, and resolve technical challenges
* Ensure compliance with construction plans and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
* 7+ years experience as Senior Engineer/Project Manager with Irish/UK Main Contractor
* Strong understanding of industry regulations and people/subcontractor management
* Proven track record in managing or coordinating complex construction projects in Ireland or UK
* Ability to influence people, manage upwards and downwards, and work on own initiative
