Pharmaceutical Care Specialist

We are recruiting for a Pharmacist to provide effective, efficient, and safe pharmaceutical care to all patients under their care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical: Ensure patient care and safety is assigned the highest priority.
* Lead role in medicine shortages management.
* Support development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for medication procurement, storage, and dispensing.
* Contribute to medicines information and advice on drug availability and procurement.
* Support development of clinical guidelines as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
Qualifications & Experience:
* Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society or entitled to be so registered.
* Possess specialized knowledge and ability for proper discharge of duties.
* Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development and role-specific learning.
This role requires excellent planning, organisational and resource management skills, excellent interpersonal and people management skills, experience of quality improvement initiatives and ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
