Temporary Document Coordinator – Quality Assurance
Location: Raheen, Limerick
What You'll Do
Implement and maintain document repositories and archives
Coordinate the review and revision of controlled documents
Perform intake reviews of documents for completeness and accuracy while maintaining document workflow
Issue and maintain master manufacturing documentation and supporting documentation
Coordinate document requests and stage documents for presentation during regulatory inspections
Provide guidance to user departments on proper use of document change systems to ensure consistency of system usage
Maintain and optimise departmental databases
Prepare reports for management as required
Environment & Physical Rhythms
Proven experience working with document databases and other electronic document management tools
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and in a team environment
Confidence managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
