About The Role Key Responsibilities: ?? Drink Preparation Service – Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic non-alcoholic beverages to customers efficiently and accurately.
?? Customer Service – Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure they have a great experience.
?? Cash Handling – Operate the till, handle cash/card transactions, and manage tabs.
?? Bar Maintenance Cleanliness – Keep the bar clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout shifts.
?? Stock Management – Restock drinks, check inventory levels, and report shortages.
? Responsible Alcohol Service – Follow licensing laws and ensure customers are served responsibly.
?? Creating a Fun Atmosphere – Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and contribute to a lively bar environment.
?? Conflict Resolution – Handle difficult customers and de-escalate situations professionally when needed.
