Network Programmes & Advocacy Coordinator
Hybrid Dublin - one day in office per month, plus in-person meeting and events as required.
We are recruiting on behalf of a national non-profit network for a Network Programmes & Advocacy Coordinator. The organisation brings together a wide range of civil society groups, and this role leads coordination, policy engagement, communications, and delivery of an annual workplan. This is an initial two year contract, with hope that it will be extended.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate a broad membership network and support collective projects.
* Develop and deliver the annual workplan.
* Support steering-group meetings and member engagement.
* Coordinate policy and advocacy activity; monitor relevant political processes.
* Build relationships with government and external stakeholders.
* Prepare policy briefs, updates, and campaign materials.
* Manage events, communications, website and social platforms.
* Oversee budgets, reporting, and compliance.
* Provide line-management support to staff/volunteers.
Requirements
Essential:
* Understanding of national political structures.
* A clear understanding of, and commitment to, intersectional campaigns for social and global justice.
* Experience in policy, advocacy or campaign coordination.
* Strong written communication and media-engagement experience.
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
* Event facilitation.
* Non-profit sector experience.
* Knowledge of international policy frameworks.
