Salary: €56,815 + 20% Bonus + Car Allowance or Company Car

With strong growth plans and a global reputation for quality and innovation, they're now seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service to clients nationwide.
The Role:
As Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Ireland.
*
Promoting a market-leading range of products and supply solutions to existing and potential customers.
*
Building long-term client relationships through a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
*
Managing key accounts and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
*
Reporting to the Sales Manager and contributing to national and global growth targets.
Who We're Looking For:

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within a service-led environment.
*
Candidates from recruitment, logistics, facilities management, or other professional service sales backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
* Full training will be provided

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
*
Full driving licence and ability to travel across Ireland.
