MeathThe role of the Team Leader is essential to ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality strengths-based service that focuses on our residents' core interests and encourages their development of new skills.As a Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring our services are built on recognizing each resident's strengths and abilities to support each individual to continue learning and growing socially.
