The Noel Group is proud to announce our appointment as a member of the HSE Tier 2 supplier panel, supporting healthcare facilities across Ireland. We are currently recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team in the public healthcare sector. The position is Dublin based and is a short term contract for 3 months with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes pride in high standards of food service, and enjoys leading a team with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily catering operations to ensure timely, high-quality meal service for patients, staff, and visitors.
* Lead, train, and support catering staff to maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
* Oversee food preparation, portion control, and special dietary requirements.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, HSE, and infection control guidelines.
* Manage stock levels, orders, and kitchen documentation.
* Work closely with clinical and support teams to deliver a consistent and positive dining experience.
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a catering supervisor in a healthcare environment.
* Must have trainings in Dietetics and Hospitality management.
* Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training will be required, and can be supplied at registration.
* Visa or GNIB (if applicable).
* Be available to work flexible shifts which may include days, evenings & weekends.

* Starting at €20.00 per hour + premium shift allowance (30-35 hours per week)
