Job Title: Project Operations Director
This is a key role within our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations to ensure that work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual with a background in all aspects of construction to join our team as a Project Operations Director. As a Project Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that client expectations are met by delivering a high-quality product while maintaining professional and positive relationships with design teams and client representatives.
You will be expected to uphold the highest standards in health and safety, quality and client service, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget and snag-free. This includes reporting progress accurately and promptly to your manager, managing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure their work meets the required standards with minimal rework.
Main Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Ensure client expectations are met through delivery of high-quality products, whilst maintaining professional and positive relationships with design teams and client representatives.
* Health & Safety: Uphold the highest standards in health and safety, quality and client service, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget and snag-free.
* Project Planning: Plan, coordinate and execute works to deliver the project in line with contract documentation.
* Team Management: Work closely with the construction management team, subcontractors and the wider supply chain to achieve project goals.
* Quality Control: Monitor and improve quality throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality final product.
* Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
