Project Coordinator Role

About the Role:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring project deadlines and milestones are achieved.
* Coordinate and manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee smooth project delivery.
* Maintain a high standard of quality control across all site activities, promoting compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure efficient management of site operations, resources, and personnel.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
3. Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients to drive project success.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or equivalent role.
* Proven background in water infrastructure or heavy civils projects.
* Up-to-date training in relevant areas, including leadership, communication, and safety.
