You'll own the backlog, shape product delivery, and act as SME within a cross-functional Scrum team.
Responsibilities Translate roadmap into product requirements & user stories Prioritise & manage backlog across new features, tech debt & ops items Liaise with Sales & stakeholders to refine requirements and track KPIs Set sprint priorities, review delivery, and report to executive stakeholders Drive collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Engineering, UX Continuously improve processes, identify risks & opportunities Requirements 3+ years' Product Owner experience, ideally fintech/payments Strong knowledge of multi-channel payments (eCommerce, PoS, MOTO, acquiring) Background in Agile environments Degree in IT or related discipline Proven experience translating complex deliverables into epics & user stories Strong communication, collaboration & stakeholder management skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Benefits Competitive salary & package Flexible hybrid/remote working model Global fintech exposure across mutliple varied markets Opportunity to shape a flagship payments orchestration platform Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
