Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation Market Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of our firm's compensation framework. This role is critical in shaping our pay transparency strategy, ensuring clarity, equity, and alignment with business expectations.
* Develop and implement salary structures, incentive schemes, and job evaluation processes that support a competitive, fair, and compliant compensation environment.
* Lead the delivery of Gender Pay Gap reporting, providing analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive meaningful action.
* Partner with global Rewards teams to ensure international policies and frameworks are aligned with local market needs, adapting approaches as necessary.
* Provide expert advice to leaders on compensation decisions, including benchmarking, pay reviews, promotions, and internal equity.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in compensation management, ideally within a global professional services or corporate environment. A demonstrated ability to operate within a Global COE model, balancing international standards with strong local market insight, is essential.
