Legal Executive — Family Law | South Dublin
We're a busy South Dublin general practice looking for an experienced Family Law Legal Executive to join our close-knit team.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one — managing your own caseload alongside our solicitors, supporting clients through separation, divorce, custody, and domestic matters with professionalism and genuine care.
What you'll be doing:
Managing family law files from instruction to resolution
Drafting court documents, affidavits, and correspondence
Liaising with clients, counsel, and the Courts Service
Preparing court applications across District, Circuit, and High Court
Supporting clients through some of the most sensitive moments of their lives
What we're looking for:
2–3 years' experience in family law or general practice in Ireland
Strong knowledge of Irish family law procedure and legislation
ILEX qualification or equivalent (desirable, not essential)
Exceptional communication skills and client empathy
