Our client is seeking an organized and customer-focused professional to oversee property management services. They will coordinate property maintenance, lead client communications, and ensure exceptional service delivery across a portfolio of holiday homes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations and activities related to the upkeep of properties. Ensure prompt response to emergencies and issues that arise.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on property status, maintenance, and occupancy.
* Build strong relationships with homeowners through professionalism, transparency, and timely administration.
* Oversee documentation, contracts, service agreements, compliance, record-keeping, budgeting, and invoicing for properties.
Requirements
A successful candidate will have proven experience in property management or a related field. Excellent organizational skills, including time management and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
