Key Responsibilities
* Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
* Teamwork: Develop effective communication and interpersonal relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
* Preceptorship: Act as a preceptor for student nurses and mentor new clinical staff, promoting evidence-based practice.
Requirements
* Nursing Qualification: Registered Nurse in the General Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Training: Basic Life Support Training.
* Theatre Experience: Evidence of Theatre Nursing experience.
