Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience with network fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, ARP, IP Tables, routing) or Unix systems administration, including coding (e.g., Java, C/C++) or scripting (e.g., shell, Python).
Preferred qualifications:
* Internship experience in network engineering, data center operations, system administration, or a similar technical role.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make informed decisions with limited information.
* Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a collaborative and knowledge-sharing mindset.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

The Network Operations Residency Program (NORP) is a comprehensive 16-month program designed for full-time new hires ("Nooglers") to gain broad exposure to various Network Engineering projects through rotations. Upon successful completion of the program, NORPers will transition into a Network Engineer role. NORP is structured to cultivate future leaders and accelerate careers in networking technology. We seek candidates who demonstrate strong foundational knowledge in networking, excellent project management abilities, and a passion for tackling unique and complex problems.
