Hotel Revenue Manager Role Overview:
This key position plays a pivotal role in maximizing revenue across various channels, encompassing rooms, food and beverage outlets, conference & banqueting, weddings, and leisure activities.
* Oversee day-to-day operations in the reservations department, ensuring effective yield management systems are in place to optimize revenue streams.
* Analyze each revenue channel to capitalize on potential earnings opportunities, commencing with accommodation sales and extending to bars, restaurants, conferences, weddings, and leisure club operations.
* Regularly assess overall business objectives, review, and develop an effective revenue strategy to ensure achievement of targets in both the short- and long-term periods.
Essential Responsibilities:

* Proven track record of leadership, people management, and multi-tasking
