Director of EMEA Sales
We’re hiring an experienced EMEA Sales Director to take ownership of regional growth for a U.S SaaS business within the Data Management space.
You’ll lead a blended direct + channel motion, scale teams, tighten forecasting discipline, and partner closely with global stakeholders to accelerate ARR across priority EMEA markets.
Location: Dublin (hybrid) with EMEA travel
Scope: Own regional revenue targets; lead direct sales and partner/channel ecosystem
Seniority: Director level, reporting into a VP of Worldwide Sales in U.S HQ
Existing team - 7 staff across Sales & Professional Services that will report into this role
What you’ll do
Own EMEA revenue targets and deliver consistent monthly/quarterly/annual performance.
Execute the regional go-to-market plan
Lead, coach and scale high-performing direct sales teams; hire and develop top talent.
Build and grow a partner ecosystem (SIs, MSPs, resellers, tech partners) to expand reach.
Run forecasting, pipeline discipline and deal governance to drive predictable outcomes.
Support strategic enterprise deals with senior stakeholder and executive engagement.
Identify priority markets, segments and verticals to focus investment and accelerate growth.
Feed regional insights to global leadership to influence product, packaging and planning.
What you’ll bring
12+ years in B2B &B2C SaaS sales (ideally 4-5 years leading/directing EMEA team).
Proven success across direct + channel motions with consistent overachievement.
Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise; strong executive presence.
Strong cadence: forecasting, pipeline management, negotiation, and SaaS metrics.
Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment across cultures and countries.
Additional European language is a bonus – German, French, Spanish
