Operations Supervisor

* Lead a team of individuals responsible for managing company vans, plant, and machinery on a day-to-day basis.
* Maintain accurate records of plant allocation, servicing, and certification to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Coordinate repairs, servicing, and inspections with external suppliers and mechanics to guarantee optimal equipment performance.
* Liaise with site management to ensure seamless coordination of ongoing works, including plant and equipment availability.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations or fleet management within the construction industry.
* Thorough knowledge of construction vehicles, plant, and equipment.
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency.
* Strong IT and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Fully qualified and experienced driver required.
