Key Responsibilities Design and execute commercial purchasing frameworks to optimise group spend, leveraging bulk buying power, vendor rebates, and favourable commercial terms. Establish, maintain, and audit centralised pricing indexes to streamline estimation and project procurement. Strategically oversee corporate overheads and operational utility categories to minimise business costs. Identify and develop international supply routes to mitigate risk and improve material and service availability. Direct and mentor the purchasing team, establishing clear KPIs and fostering professional development. Track, analyse, and report on procurement metrics, ensuring cost-reduction targets directly support the bottom line. Cultivate strategic partnerships with key suppliers while ensuring a competitive matrix of backup vendors. Candidate Profile Solid background in commercial procurement management or senior purchasing roles. Prior experience within complex commercial environments, large-scale operations, or major matrixed industries is preferred.
