What does this role entail?

As our organisation continues to grow and evolve, a flexible and adaptable mindset is essential, along with the ability to work autonomously and proactively while contributing meaningfully to the Global People team.
This role will support our global teams and report into the People Operations Manager.
Your Responsibilities Manage and resolve HR related queries via Zendesk and provide high quality day-to-day HR administration support.
Monitor adherence to employment legislation.
Draft and update employment contracts and HR documents, including employment verification, salary certificates, and other relevant documents.
Act as a point of contact for internal customer/employees seeking guidance on company HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and People Operations performance metrics.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee data management.
Contribute to process optimisation and support HR projects as processes and transactions transition into People Operations.
Coordinate purchase orders and invoices for the HR department to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
Review HR metrics and performance indicators and take appropriate action where required.
Undertake other tasks as assigned, depending on business needs and project requirements.
Requirements Minimum 1-2 years' in HR or administrative roles.
Experience working with HRIS platforms (Rippling and Workday).
Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Services Now).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating strong grammar and clear, accurate communication.
Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle, from hire to offboarding.
Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership and external stakeholders.
