We're seeking a Finance & Office Administrator to support our Cork-based project management team.
We're looking for an organised, proactive professional who enjoys multi-tasking, working with people, and supporting both management and clients.
This role is a great fit for someone with solid administration and financial support experience, ideally gained in the property, construction, or professional services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office admin, scheduling, and documentation.
Support invoicing, budgeting, and cashflow reporting.
Prepare payment schedules, fee reports, and drawdowns.
Produce regular reports and handle client queries.
Requirements
3+ years' admin and finance support experience.
Strong Excel and Word skills.
Excellent organisation and communication.
Experience in property, construction, or professional services desirable.
Knowledge of AccountsIQ (or similar) a plus.
