Lead Childcare Professional
This opportunity is a key position in a dedicated team providing high-quality, child-centred care in a therapeutic residential setting.
* Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operational management of the service
* Lead and supervise a team of residential care staff to ensure best practice in all aspects of care delivery
* Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements include:
* A relevant qualification in Social Care or a related field (minimum Level 7)
* Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a residential childcare setting
* Strong leadership and team management skills
